When creating this blog site, I had myself in mind. I know that sounds a little conceited, but hear me out…

Throughout my life, I’ve always struggled with confidence, self-identity, faith, and so many other things. However, I became more grounded in these areas through the connections I had with different women in my life. Even when I didn’t realize the impact my community had on me, God was allowing them to plant deeply rooted seeds that would continue to change my life for the better. This is what gave me the push to continue growing this community. I strive to bring young girls and women together because believe it or not, we experience a lot of similar things. After all, God did not create this life for us to walk aimlessly through it alone.

I still have my own battles, but that won’t stop me from creating a space where I can be transparent enough to impact other young women and girls for the better. Community is what can allow us to grow into our purpose, walk the path that was created for us, and continue to impact the young ladies that are coming up behind us.

As I begin this journey, I invite you along to relate, release, and allow God to show you your true beauty and where it lies. I pray that each post allows you to look within yourself.

Psalm 139:14 says:

I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.

Conquering different battles and growing into the woman you were created to be isn’t easy, but it’s worth it when you’re in a community that’s walking alongside you. With that being said, I welcome you to The Queen’s Corner.
